Lord Help Me

To be strong,
Without being abusive.

To be bold,
Without being abrasive.

To be ready to help,
Without regard of reward.

To be kind,
Without compromising truth.

To be generous,
Without being a poor steward.

To have knowledge,
Without being boastful.

To be ready to follow,
Without complaining.

To lead the way,
Without leaving others behind.

To be meek,
Without being weak.

To be ready to stand up,
Without being able to give up.

In these, Lord help me!
