Truth And Knowledge
by L. Hart
Truth and knowledge elude us,
They hide from us, you see.
And whenever we think we have found them,
How big headed we can be.
Truth and knowledge are cleaver,
They hide allover the place,
One of their best places to hide,
Is right in front of your face.
Sometimes they seem invisible,
Sometimes there is not a clue.
Oh, they are so very hard to catch,
As they flee from me and you.
Truth and knowledge elude us,
They hide at every turn.
The more we think we know,
The more we need to learn.
It is only when we realize,
That we really know nothing at all.
And call upon the one who knows,
The one that created it all.
It is only then, that we can learn,
There at the master’s feet.
And put our lives in tune with His,
That truth and knowledge we meet.
