Talking Heads

The talking heads on the TV,
Just talk and talk and talk.
They never really say anything,
And they never walk the walk.

Lots and lots of words,
Opinions, it’s your choice.
What they seem to like the most,
Is the sound of their own voice.

With all of their talking,
You’d think they could save the world.
But when all their talking is done,
Your head is in a whirl.

When they are done telling you,
What they want you to think,
Do you really know anything more?
Then from them you should shrink.

Pay no attention to the talking heads,
The truth they never tell.
If you look into things for yourself,
For, you things will be swell.
