Friends

Big friends, little friends,
Friends we talk about.
Some are closer than others,
And some will make you shout.

Some friends will come and go,
Others stay your whole life through.
The best friends you can ever have,
Are the ones who are always true.

True friends will be there for you,
When you’re happy, when you’re sad.
True friends will have your back,
Even when things are bad.

A single cord can be broken,
But of two or three is strong.
That’s how it is when you have good friends,
You can sing a happy song.

Remember to cherish your friends,
And keep them in your prayers,
For, like you, they need to know,
That you’re a friend that cares!
